CNC Press Brake Operator (Level 2)
Pay: $22–$28/hr
Schedule: 4×10 (Mon–Thu) — Fridays Off
Location: Bennington, VT (Onsite)
CNC Press Brake Operator – Level 2
We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Technician who can independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot press brakes and bending equipment in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC/manual press brake and bending equipment
- Install, align, and adjust dies, tooling, and fixtures
- Form aluminum, steel, and armor-grade materials to blueprint specifications
- Perform grinding, deburring, measuring, and finishing tasks
- Complete route cards, job travelers, production reports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
What You Bring:
- 3 years of press brake or metal forming experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with die setups, bend allowances, radii, and tooling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 10-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
