Job Summary
A manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve processes, develop efficient workflows, and support production operations in machining, welding, forming, and finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Analyze workflow, layout, and resource utilization
- Support new product introduction and process capability studies
- Create work instructions, testing methods, and production standards
- Estimate labor, material, and production costs
- Lead design reviews and support technical training
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and internal teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Knowledge of metal forming, machining, welding, and coatings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
