Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–11:30 PM
Schedule: 4 days / 10 hours per day – Fridays off
Pay: $23–$30/hour 15% shift differential
Training: Must be available to train on 1st shift
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II / III to support the maintenance and reliability of industrial production and processing machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose, repair, install, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair, install, adjust, and maintain industrial production and processing machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to identify required repairs or adjustments.
- Analyze machine error messages, test results, and operator feedback to diagnose equipment issues.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery to complete repairs.
- Adjust, align, level, and position machines, equipment, and mechanical components.
- Install and maintain electrical conduit, tubing, fixtures, components, controls, and related equipment.
- Assemble and install pipe sections, fittings, plumbing fixtures, and utility lines.
- Cut, bend, and thread pipe for gas, air, hydraulic, and water systems.
- Perform welding, including MIG, ARC, and gas welding, as needed.
- Braze metal parts and components.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Set up and operate various machine tools.
- Repair and troubleshoot computer-controlled manufacturing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, specifications, work orders, and repair manuals.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, pressure gauges, and precision measuring equipment.
- Cross-train and assist in other areas as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance Technology, or related trade-school training preferred.
- 2–4 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience maintaining industrial production or manufacturing machinery.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, welding, or brazing is highly desirable.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Experience with computer-controlled manufacturing equipment or CNC machinery is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Valid Minnesota driver's license required.
- Must be willing to work Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–11:30 PM.
- Must be available to train on 1st shift initially.
