We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation in a collaborative, mentoring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support across all phases
- Deliver high-quality legal analysis, research, and written work
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury law
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
