At a respected precision manufacturer in the Downers Grove area, you’ll join the second-shift team that gives aerospace metal parts their final, flawless finish. As a Precision Deburring Technician, you’ll use both hand and power tools to remove burrs, refine edges, and confirm every component meets exacting requirements before it moves forward.
What your shift looks like
- Set up at a clean, organized bench and review work instructions and blueprints before you begin.
- Use hand tools and machines to deburr, blend, and finish precision metal parts.
- Inspect each component for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, ensuring specifications are met.
- Document work as required and follow all safety guidelines while maintaining an efficient workspace.
What you bring
- Experience in deburring, machining, or manufacturing (preferred).
- Comfort and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and reliability on the second shift.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
Pay & Schedule
- $23–28/hr, based on experience
- Full-time, 2nd shift with a 10% shift premium
