Your Role Includes:
- Executing first piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision.
- Proficiently operating and programming CMM equipment (manual and CNC); experience with PC-DMIS/Modus is advantageous.
- Conducting Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and ensuring compliance with NDT standards.
- Evaluating parts from suppliers and vendors, rejecting those that don’t conform.
- Utilizing precise measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and more.
- Interpreting blueprints and customer specifications accurately.
- Understanding GD&T requirements and assisting with PPAP/ISIR processes.
- Maintaining calibration systems and facilitating internal audits.
- Training production teams and improving quality systems through documentation and quality form management.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated 2–4 years of manufacturing and quality assurance experience.
- Skilled in CMM inspection and programming; Micro-Vu experience adds value.
- Preferred experience in aerospace or metal manufacturing sectors.
- Solid comprehension of basic mathematics and geometry principles.
- Computer-literate, familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with bevel gear manufacturing will set you apart.
