What You'll Do- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems to reduce downtime.
- Read and apply information from schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and uphold all safety requirements.
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (preferred).
- Proven troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Comfort interpreting technical documents, diagrams, and wiring prints.
- Background with injection molding or plastics manufacturing equipment is a plus, not a must.
- A strong safety mindset, reliability, and a collaborative approach.
