Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $37–$47/hour overtime & bonus potential

You Will
- Lead and mentor machinists, operators, and secondary personnel on 2nd shift
- Own production flow, drive throughput, and keep schedules on target
- Support CNC milling, turning, deburr, assembly, and inspection activities
- Quickly troubleshoot production and quality issues on the floor
- Ensure adherence to safety, AS9100 standards, and customer requirements
- Champion training, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Deliver clear shift handoffs with engineering, quality, and leadership
What You Bring
- 5 years of CNC machining supervision or team leadership
- Deep knowledge of milling, turning, and aerospace machining practices
- Fluency in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T
- Experience within AS9100 or high-mix manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication and hands-on floor leadership
