Your mission

Help keep production running smoothly on CNC mills and/or lathes. You’ll set up or operate equipment, validate parts, and make light adjustments to hold tolerance—all while maintaining an orderly, safe work area.

What you’ll do

• Run and/or set up CNC milling and turning equipment
• Monitor jobs for quality and efficiency throughout the shift
• Make routine offsets and basic troubleshooting adjustments
• Inspect components using standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Keep the work cell clean and follow safety/quality procedures

What you bring

• Experience operating or setting up CNC machines
• Ability to interpret blueprints and apply inspection techniques
• High attention to detail and quality
• Dependability for a consistent 2nd shift schedule
• Background in production machining preferred
