We're seeking CNC Machinists and Operators with CNC, Swiss CNC, setup, or machining experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Read blueprints and job specifications
- Produce precision machined parts
- Perform inspections using measuring tools and gauges
- Maintain quality and close tolerances
- Complete inspection paperwork and SPC checks
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Follow safety and production standards
Qualifications
- Prior CNC machining experience required
- Blueprint reading required
- GD&T and close tolerance experience preferred
- Swiss CNC experience is a plus

- GD&T
- G-Code
- M-Code
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Machine Setups for Production Runs

- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Makino)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
- CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami)
- CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
- CNC Lathe (5 axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
