Role Tracks

Maintenance Electrician — 2nd Shift | $30–$40/hr

You’ll be the electrical subject-matter resource for the plant, ensuring assets stay online and efficient.

• Repair and maintain industrial electrical equipment and controls
• Execute preventive maintenance to extend equipment life
• Use schematics and diagrams to guide accurate troubleshooting
• Partner on continuous improvement to decrease downtime
• Maintain strict compliance with electrical and safety standards

Ammonia Technician — 3rd Shift | $30–$35/hr

Own the refrigeration systems that keep operations stable and safe overnight.

• Operate, maintain, and diagnose ammonia (NH3) refrigeration equipment
• Monitor performance trends and system health
• Complete inspections and scheduled PMs
• Address alarms and emergent issues decisively
• Meet OSHA and internal safety requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or ammonia refrigeration
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Works well independently and within a team
• Willing to work assigned 2nd or 3rd shift
• Industry certifications or technical training are a plus
