CNC Operator

Shifts: 1st & 2nd | Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hr 10% night differential

• Run CNC milling and turning centers
• Load/unload parts and keep production flowing
• Perform basic in-process checks and part inspection
• Take advantage of regular overtime availability

CNC Lathe Setup Machinist

Shifts: 1st & 2nd | Pay: $28.00–$40.00/hr

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for aerospace components
• Adjust tooling, offsets, and workholding to achieve spec
• Interpret blueprints; use precision inspection tools
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes for throughput and quality

Manufacturing Engineer

Shift: 1st | Pay: $35.00–$50.00/hr

• Develop and refine CNC programs and machining strategies
• Drive process improvements and efficiency gains
• Support production teams and continuous improvement efforts
• Strong CNC programming experience required

CNC Lathe Supervisor

Shift: 1st | Pay: $35.00–$45.00/hr

• Lead and support day-to-day CNC machining operations
• Coordinate production schedules and resolve issues on the floor
• Mill/turn machining experience preferred
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Quality Inspector / Deburrer

Shifts: 1st & 2nd | Pay: $20.00–$25.00 /hr

• Inspect precision aerospace parts for conformance
• Perform deburring and finishing to meet spec
• Use precision measuring instruments; CMM experience highly preferred
