Job Description
3–5 years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support roles within enterprise production environments.
2 years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS) 8.x or similar E-Commerce Platforms.
Strong experience troubleshooting Production E-Commerce Application Issues across order processing, checkout, payment, product catalog, inventory, and session management.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Order Processing Failures, Payment Gateway Issues, Shopping Cart, Checkout, and Session Management Problems.
Experience troubleshooting Product Catalog and Inventory Synchronization issues between WCS and upstream/downstream systems.
Experience with Cache Invalidation, Product Data Refresh, and Application Performance Optimization.
Strong experience monitoring and managing Scheduled Jobs, Batch Processes, and WCS Scheduler.
Experience with Feed File Processing and Data Integration Workflows.
Working knowledge of DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server with basic SQL skills.
Experience performing Database Health Checks, Connectivity Validation, Connection Pool Monitoring, and Basic Database Performance Analysis.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and Command-Line Operations.
Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, Load Balancers, Web Servers, and Multi-Tier Application Architecture.
