ECU Lead Architect

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ECU Lead Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for HPCs, Domain Controllers, Zonal Controllers, and advanced automotive computing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automotive E/E architecture, AUTOSAR, functional safety, cybersecurity, and vehicle communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ECU/System Architecture across hardware, software, safety, cybersecurity, networking, diagnostics, and performance.
- Define and allocate system, functional, safety, cybersecurity, and performance requirements.
- Architect HPC, Domain Controller, and Zonal Controller platforms.
- Drive AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, CAN/CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, and DoIP architecture.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434.
- Support FMEA, safety analysis, risk assessment, verification, and validation.
- Lead architecture/design reviews and coordinate with Hardware, Software, Safety, Cybersecurity, Validation, and suppliers.
- Maintain requirements traceability, interfaces, system decomposition, and technical baselines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Strong experience in ECU/System Architecture within the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with HPC, Domain Controllers, Zonal Controllers, or SDV platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive.
- Experience with ISO 26262 / Functional Safety and ISO/SAE 21434 / Automotive Cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, and DoIP.
- Experience with requirements engineering, traceability, FMEA, and system-level technical leadership.
