These duties include responsibility for each company for:
Regular (monthly) reporting
Payroll (monitoring and input to outside payroll service)
Annual audits for payroll
Experience and Training Requirements:
3 years qualified bookkeeping/accounting experience, Payroll experience
Knowledge of bookkeeping & basic accounting practices, Payroll
Competency with QuickBooks and Microsoft software
Excellent organizational and personal time management skills
Ability to function well in a busy office with multiple projects and responsibilities
Willingness to assist as needed with other functions of a busy professional office
Accounting or related degree preferred but not required
