Job Summary
We are seeking an experience Process Technician/2nd Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all production activities. This role requires a strong leadership skills, and injection molding machine processing experience. **Responsibilities:** -Supervise machine operators, floor hand and QC. Ensure the shift is operated in a safe and productive manner. Troubleshoot and make process adjustments to active jobs. Change molds, setup work stations according to schedule. Plan breaks. Report daily production. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in injection molding machine processing. - Strong mechanical knowledge. - Leadership skills with experience in supervising employees
