Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist located in Wareham, MA. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling the complete bookkeeping process, including monthly data entry into accounting software, managing payroll and payroll taxes, and making journal entries. This role will also involve ensuring accurate and timely accounting records, maintaining financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
Qualifications
- Experience as a bookkeeper for a minimum of 3 years
- Proficiency in both Bookkeeping and Payroll functionality
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft suite.
