IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI and digital transformation initiatives—from problem discovery to large-scale deployment. This role requires a strong blend of program leadership, business acumen, and execution excellence to ensure AI and automation solutions deliver measurable business impact and ROI.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Ridgewood, NJ (hybrid work, 3 days onsite)

Experience Level : 3-10 years only

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently met
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project plans, and execution roadmaps
• Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans to drive structured execution
• Drive day-to-day execution using Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Manage task-level tracking, progress monitoring, and delivery accountability across teams
• Actively manage scope, priorities, and change requests while maintaining delivery timelines
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and proactively resolve blockers
• Conduct discovery sessions to clearly define problem statements, requirements, and success criteria
• Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans for engineering and product teams
• Track progress using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring alignment between planned vs actual outcomes
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Product, Engineering, and business teams
• Ensure smooth handoffs, releases, and delivery closure, including documentation and stakeholder sign-off
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance execution efficiency and delivery predictability

Required Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of hands-on project management experience, with strong focus on execution and delivery
• Proven experience managing projects from planning → execution → delivery, not just oversight
• Strong expertise in WBS creation, project planning, and roadmap development
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint execution
• Strong command over project management fundamentals: scope, timelines, risk, dependencies, and change management
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to break down complex initiatives into clear, actionable tasks and timelines
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to unblock teams and drive execution forward
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe Agilist are strongly preferred.
