Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end project management across multiple IT initiatives, from initiation through successful delivery and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Build and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Lead project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
- Implement and drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to enable continuous delivery.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks by maintaining a live risk register and executing contingency plans proactively.
- Manage scope, change requests, and project issues through structured governance to prevent scope creep.
- Monitor project health using dashboards, metrics, and status reports, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and clients, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and decisions.
- Lead and manage global distributed teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and updates to senior leadership.
- Conduct post-project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and ensure proper project closure with documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on IT project management experience, preferably in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or Application Development.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, scope management, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Proven experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and project planning tools (Gantt charts, dashboards).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level and senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-facing experience with a strong focus on delivery excellence and expectation management.
