Position Details:
- Job Title: Operator I
- Location: Westfield, IN (Onsite)
- Duration: Contract through April 26, 2027
- Shift Options:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs
- Follow standardized procedures and work under close supervision
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Support inventory tracking and electronic data systems
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (QMS/EMS)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

- Must follow all safety and contamination control protocols
