Job Description
We are seeking an ENSD Technician to provide end-user support, device deployment, and basic network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and network-connected devices while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and end-user issues.
- Perform device imaging, setup, and replacement activities.
- Support user account administration and password resets.
- Respond to and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Required Skills
- Experience in desktop support or end-user support.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in desktop support, field support, or IT support roles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with device deployment and imaging tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN and wireless networking.
