Job Title: ENSD Technician /Field Operations Technician

Job Summary

:The ENSD Field Operations Technician (Band 1) is responsible for providing onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for IT infrastructure and end-user devices at customer locations. The technician will travel extensively to support field operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction

.Key Responsibilitie

• sPerform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral devices
• .Support hardware break/fix activities and component replacement
• .Deploy and support Windows-based operating systems and standard enterprise applications
• .Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, cabling, switches, and wireless devices
• .Execute IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change requests)
• .Provide onsite support for end users and customer environments
• .Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately within ticketing systems
• .Adhere to established SLAs and operational procedures
• .Coordinate with remote support teams and escalation groups when necessary
• .Perform asset management and inventory tracking activities
• .Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements while working at customer sites
• .Travel to multiple customer locations as assigned

.Required Qualification

• sHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• .1–3 years of experience in desktop support, field services, or IT support roles
• .Experience supporting
• :Windows 10/11 environment
• sDesktop and laptop hardwar
• ePrinters and peripheral
• sBasic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi
• )Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes
• .Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• .Excellent customer service and communication skills
• .Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• .Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively

• sAssociate degree in Information Technology or related field

• ITIL Foundatio
• nMicrosoft certification
• sPrevious field service or managed services experience

.Physical Requirement

• sAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• .Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various customer environments
• .Ability to travel frequently by car and air
