y:The ENSD Field Operations Technician (Band 1) is responsible for providing onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for IT infrastructure and end-user devices at customer locations. The technician will travel extensively to support field operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfactio
