About The Role
This hourly role involves installing, monitoring, and operating advanced industrial treatment
equipment at customer sites, specifically within food processing or paper mill environments. The
primary area for this role will be Virginia, with occasional travel required to
surrounding territories and multiple locations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary
on-site liaison for Clean Chemistry, interacting professionally with plant management and
communicating all necessary information to ensure operational success.

About The Role

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct initial rig-up, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and rig-down of equipment
- Operate industrial equipment, respond to automated system alerts, and titrate chemicals
- Manage chemical feedstock supplies and serve as the on-call contact for emergency
- Accurately gather and log trial data while working with minimal daily supervision once
- Strictly adhere to all internal and customer-specific safety protocols, environmental
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors, co-workers, and
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with a proven record of responsibility and integrity in
- Strong English communication skills and basic math proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license with a passing MVR and eligibility to drive company vehicles under
- Ability to use basic hand tools and maintain active phone service to utilize our
- Willingness to work extended shifts (day or night), after-hours, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort handling hazardous chemicals and a strict willingness to wear all required

- Background working in food processing or pulp and paper mill operations.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, and analytical lab
- Familiarity with industrial automation equipment and remote software tools.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting (50 pounds)
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, and standing
- Must be able to stay awake and be alert for assigned shifts
