Job Summary
:The ENSD Field Operations Technician (Band 1) is responsible for providing onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for IT infrastructure and end-user devices at customer locations. The technician will travel extensively to support field operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
.Key Responsibilitie
- sPerform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral devices
- .Support hardware break/fix activities and component replacement
- .Deploy and support Windows-based operating systems and standard enterprise applications
- .Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, cabling, switches, and wireless devices
- .Execute IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change requests)
- .Provide onsite support for end users and customer environments
- .Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately within ticketing systems
- .Adhere to established SLAs and operational procedures
- .Coordinate with remote support teams and escalation groups when necessary
- .Perform asset management and inventory tracking activities
- .Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements while working at customer sites
- .Travel to multiple customer locations as assigned
.Required Qualification
- sHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- .1–3 years of experience in desktop support, field services, or IT support roles
- .Experience supporting
- :Windows 10/11 environment
- sDesktop and laptop hardwar
- ePrinters and peripheral
- sBasic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi
- )Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes
- .Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- .Excellent customer service and communication skills
- .Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- .Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
