Maintenance Technician - TECH 1
Experienced in minor electrical, plumbing, paint, dry wall, flooring (tearing up tile), and be able to lift over 100lbs.

Basic Functions:
- Maintain building by completing all necessary minor repairs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all minor structural and equipment repairs as needed (major repairs will be performed under the supervision of licensed contractors as necessary)
- Perform preventative maintenance, as needed and document all preventative maintenance efforts
- Assist with renovations/remodeling of building; repair plaster and drywall; paint building structures
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests immediately
- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Report any building repair, needs, and upcoming projects
- Consistently monitor site for potential safety hazards and report to supervisor; i.e. broken furniture, floor hazards, etc
- Ensure that all lighting fixtures are maintained and in working order
- Ensure there are no security hazards in building, respond to emergency codes, maintain safe and secure environment for employees and members
- Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities
- Obtain approval for purchases of supplies. Keep accurate inventory of all necessary supplies
