Duties
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform detailed landscaping to ensure pristine outdoor environments
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
Experience
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred; construction experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment, irrigation systems, and power tools required
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, and pest management techniques
- Ability to operate excavation equipment such as excavators for landscaping projects is advantageous
- Knowledge of hardscape installation including patios, walkways, or retaining walls is beneficial
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to pesticide use, equipment operation, and general maintenance
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
