Responsibilities:
- Must be able to multi-task and work politely with customers
- Experience working with multiple tools
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Timely completion of assigned projects
- Handling everything from minor repairs particularly relating to bathroom and kitchen equipment, general maintenance, and full construction/renovations
- Keep the onsite Project Manager informed of any issues or occurrences and seek guidance and support while performing duties under minimal supervision

- Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle or car pooling with Project Manager
- Traveling a distance is possible, requiring overnight stays
