Private Duty Nurse

Location: Spokane, WA 99224
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Overnight Shifts
LPN Pay: $34–$37/hour
RN Pay: $38–$42/hour

Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1-on-1 pediatric home care opportunity in Spokane, WA (99224).

This is a full-time position providing individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient in the comfort of their home. We are currently seeking nurses who are available for 12-hour overnight shifts and have experience with higher-acuity pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Provide G-button/G-tube care and feeding
• Monitor the patient's condition and respond appropriately to changes
• Administer medications and treatments according to the established plan of care
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate with the patient's family and care team

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in Washington State
• Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-button/G-tube care
• Current TB test
• Must successfully complete required background check
• Reliable and comfortable working independently in a home care setting
• Pediatric home care experience preferred
