Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative to join our Fort Worth team.

You’ll handle warm, qualified leads — no cold calling — and guide homeowners through the HVAC replacement process. You’ll manage inbound inquiries, follow up with prospects, and work closely with our installation and service teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and follow up on incoming sales leads
- Guide customers through the HVAC system replacement process
- Build rapport and ensure every customer feels confident and informed
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and close sales
- Track activity and performance using our CRM (HubSpot)
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Strong data management and organization skills
