Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems in customers' homes. You'll be the face of Team Enoch on maintenance visits, keeping systems running safely and spotting problems before they turn into breakdowns. This is a great fit for someone early in their HVAC career, with a clear path to Service Technician through hands-on training.
Duties
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance on residential air conditioners, heat pumps, and gas furnaces
- Clean coils, replace filters, check refrigerant levels, test capacitors and motors, and clear condensate drains
- Inspect systems for safety issues and wear, and clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
- Hand off repair needs to Service Technicians and support them on diagnostic calls as needed
- Document all work, readings, and photos accurately in our field service software
- Keep your company truck clean, organized, and stocked
Skills
- Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including AC, heat pumps, and gas furnaces
- Comfortable using a multimeter, gauges, and basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow maintenance checklists every time
- Friendly, professional communication with homeowners
- Ability to work independently on routes and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow toward a Service Technician role
- EPA 608 certification preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
