What are the responsibilities and job description for the Existing Customer Marketing & Cross-Sell Specialist position at Team Enoch?
About Team Enoch
Team Enoch is a home services company that does HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work across the Texas Triangle (DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio) and Central Florida (Tampa, Orlando). We have tens of thousands of customers who already trust us with one trade. Most of them don't know we do the other two. That's the problem you'll solve.
The role
You will own revenue from customers we already have. Every customer enters through one door: an AC repair, a new system install, a water heater, a panel upgrade. Your job is to make sure they walk through the other doors too. You'll build and run the programs that turn one-trade customers into three-trade customers, and you'll be measured on the revenue that produces.
This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You will set up the automations, write the emails and texts, launch the ads, and then read the numbers and make them better. You'll report to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with the four business line leads for HVAC service, HVAC installation, plumbing, and electrical.
What you'll own
- New-lead follow-up cadences. Review and rebuild the email and text sequences a new lead gets from first contact through booked job, for all four departments. HVAC installation has a working cadence that needs a revamp; HVAC service, plumbing, and electrical need one built from scratch. You'll do this with each business line lead.
- Biweekly Mailchimp sends. Every two weeks, a campaign to our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical customers, coordinated with the business line leads on offers, timing, and capacity.
- Mailchimp. Own our Mailchimp account end to end: audiences and segments synced from HubSpot, campaign calendar, templates, A/B tests, deliverability, and the results.
- Cross-selling our existing customers. This is the core of the job, and we don't care which method wins. Once a customer has been through our pipeline, you own getting them to use us for the other trades: post-job email and SMS automations (filter reminders, tune-up scheduling, seasonal maintenance, "did you know we also do…"), our membership-lite program with tune-up education through the portal, trade-specific retargeting ads (HVAC customers see plumbing and electrical, plumbing customers see HVAC and electrical, and so on), and mailers to existing customers. Test them, keep what produces booked jobs, cut what doesn't.
- Reporting. Track revenue per customer by trade, cross-sell rate, lead-to-booked rate by department, campaign ROI, and membership sign-ups. Present results monthly to leadership.
What you need
- 2 years running email or lifecycle marketing for a business with a customer list, with hands-on Mailchimp experience (audiences, segments, automations, A/B tests). Required.
- At least one other cross-sell or retention channel you've run yourself: SMS, direct mail, Meta or Google retargeting, loyalty or membership programs.
- Comfort pulling and cleaning customer lists in HubSpot and a field service platform (we use FieldPulse) and matching revenue back to campaigns.
- You can write. Short, clear, human copy that a homeowner actually reads.
- You like numbers. You'll be judged on revenue, not open rates.
- Able to work from our Fort Worth office part of the week.
Nice to have
- Home services, home improvement, or any trades background.
- Direct mail experience (list hygiene, print vendors, response tracking).
- Experience with Meta Custom Audiences or Google Customer Match.
- Basic design skills (Canva is fine).
Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 base depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus tied to incremental revenue from existing customers. Health benefits, PTO, and a hybrid schedule.
