Inside Sales Representative

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Pay Rate: $21–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours/week)

Work Location: Fort Worth, TX. On-site, 5 days per week

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support customer orders, order processing, and daily communication with customers and an overseas factory.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working as part of a team. Industry-specific experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and provide order and shipment updates.
• Enter and process sales orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with an overseas factory regarding orders, delivery instructions, shipping dates, and transportation methods.
• Maintain and update open order reports.
• Confirm purchase orders, quantities, pricing, and shipping information for accuracy.
• Provide customers with invoices, packing lists, and shipment information.
• Prepare sales and order reports as needed.
• Maintain organized customer account records and files.
• Work with the Accounting team to resolve billing or shipping issues.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous office, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• ERP system experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude and strong business manners.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
