Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX for an Electrical Department Manager Role. The Electrical Department Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing electrical projects, supervising staff, scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining quality control. Responsibilities also include planning and executing electrical engineering designs, coordinating power distribution, and providing electrical Residential services.
Qualifications
- Experience with Electrical Service and Electricity
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design
- Knowledge of Power Distribution systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the electrical industry is a plus
