Position Overview
We are looking for a Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes.
- Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Monitor product quality throughout the baking process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory, and stocking as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking (At least 1 year of experience in fast paced work environment and leadership ability)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
