Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll on scheduled cycles
- Serve as the main contact for payroll inquiries
- Resolve pay issues, adjustments, deductions, and employee updates
- Review and balance payroll before final submission
- Handle garnishments, tax levies, and child support notices
- Maintain organized payroll documentation
- Support the Payroll Supervisor with complex issues and projects
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of payroll experience (multi-state required)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable with payroll systems and Excel/Kronos/Infinium or similar
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Salary : $28 - $32
