Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner. The role includes tasks such as managing payroll administration, handling payroll taxes, managing garnishments, and overseeing payroll services. The specialist will ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records, while also addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and experience with Payroll Processing
- Strong understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage Garnishments and Payroll Services efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in a similar role and knowledge of employment laws is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
