Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster)
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
• Full lifecycle of the candidate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of agency recruitment experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hard working and eager to contribute to individual and team success.
• Proactive, self-starter, ability to take direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
• Effective time-management abilities.
