Experienced Legal Recruiter Opportunities
- Flexibility to recruit at all seniority levels (partner and associate) and across all legal disciplines.
- Chance to work on exclusive in-house and law firm searches.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with attorneys from our 3 primary recruiting verticals: Am Law 100 associates, Am Law 100 partners, and Fortune 500 in-house counsel.
- Cultivate client relationships with Am Law 100 law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments.
- Engage in recruiting and business development communications with attorneys and employer-clients, making use of all available communication channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Play an active role in developing attorneys' career goals, including helping to create roadmaps for career development and frameworks for assessing opportunities.
- Identify qualified attorneys using our premium talent research platforms.
- Prepare attorneys for interview processes, including preparation of deliverables such as resumes, cover letters, questionnaires, and business plans.
Ideal Qualifications
- BS/BA (JD is a plus, though not required).
- At least 1 year of legal recruiting experience at a search firm or major law firm.
- A desire to build your personal brand, as well as the Empire Search brand, through network engagement both online and offline.
- A desire to contribute thought leadership content and social media engagement.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter work ethic.
Compensation will be a combination of draw and commissions.
