Investor Services & Fundraising Support Coordinator
Investor Services / Investor Relations
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Investor Services team, supporting both investor servicing and fundraising initiatives.
This is a unique, hybrid role combining investor relations, fundraising support, and operational coordination. The individual will partner closely with senior fundraising professionals and internal stakeholders to drive investor engagement, streamline processes, and deliver a best-in-class investor experience.
Responsibilitie
sFundraising & Investor Coverag
- ePrepare investor briefing materials, profiles, meeting summaries, and relationship updates for senior leadershi
- pDevelop and maintain investor intelligence, including org charts and relationship maps across institutional investor
- sConduct research on prospective and existing investors; synthesize insights into clear, actionable material
- sSupport meeting preparation, follow-ups, and tracking of investor interaction
- sMaintain a strong understanding of investor priorities, structures, and relationship histor
yInvestor Service
- sCoordinate responses to DDQs, RFIs, and other investor diligence request
- sPartner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Investment teams to gather and validate informatio
- nAssist with investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate response
- sSupport distribution of investor communications and reporting material
- sMaintain and update standardized diligence content and documentatio
nQualification
- sBachelor’s degree require
- d2–4 years of experience in private equity, credit, asset management, investor relations, or client servic
- eFamiliarity with institutional investors and alternative investment
- sExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skill
- sAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, process-driven environmen
- tStrong communication and analytical skills; ability to distill complex informatio
- nAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
