We are working with a fast-growing alternative investment manager that specializes in private credit strategies. They are focused on growing their Investor Relations team across Analyst & Associate levels. Please see details below:
Responsibilities
- Support investor relations initiatives, including LP communications and ongoing relationship management
- Assist in fundraising efforts, including coordinating outreach, tracking pipeline activity, and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of investor data and fundraising workflows
- Develop, update, and refine marketing materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and fund documentation
- Partner with the investment team to translate portfolio insights into compelling investor-facing content
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across IR, investment, and senior leadership teams
- Manage complex scheduling, meeting logistics, and investor calendars
- Handle highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
About You:
• 2 years, preferably in LP relations
• BA/BS college degree or equivalent job experience
• Professional understanding of all Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to anticipate needs and identify preferences
• Naturally confident and independent with a desire to take the initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities
• Honest and trustworthy with a keen eye for details

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
