Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of billing activity and client accounts
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in legal billing or accounting
- Familiarity with Aderant billing software (3E Elite, Coyote or similar)
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
