This role partners closely with ownership and executive leadership to drive operational excellence, profitable growth, and brand consistency across all venues.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading complex hospitality organizations, opening and scaling high-end concepts, and building high-performing cross-functional teams. This leader will champion operational standards, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and collaborate closely with HR, Construction, Design, and Marketing to support both new development and ongoing performance. A balance of strategic vision, financial acumen, and day-to-day operational leadership is essential to successfully guide the organization through its next phase of growth.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
