POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are a busy, fast-paced Oyster Bar and Seafood Market located directly on Samish Bay in Bow, Washington. We are currently looking to grow our team for the busy spring and summer months, with an emphasis on finding dedicated individuals who want to grow with us long-term.
While these positions begin as seasonal roles, we view our seasonal window as the primary pipeline for our year-round team. For high-performing crew members, there is a path to transition into a regular, non-seasonal role as the season progresses.
The Role
We work in a fun, high-energy environment where versatility is key. We cross-train every team member to be a "pro" at every station.

Flexibility: We operate 7 days a week. While open availability is a plus, we offer set schedules for qualified candidates and are happy to work around school or secondary job commitments.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Master the art of oyster shucking quickly and safely under pressure.

Provide top-tier service and educate guests on Taylor Shellfish products.

Maintain a pristine, sanitary workspace in accordance with WA health codes.

Handle daily sales reporting, cash balancing (Toast POS), and shellfish tag compliance.

Certifications: Must have (or be able to obtain) a Washington Food Workers Card and MAST Certification.

Physical: Ability to stand/walk on uneven, wet ground; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear boots.

Mindset: Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented nature, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
