Email Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, email communications, and event marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and launch responsive HTML emails, newsletters, event invitations, and other digital marketing communications.
• Maintain and update email templates, audience lists, and campaign assets within Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Build and manage online event registration pages, invitation workflows, and attendee communications using Cvent or comparable event management software.
• Execute quality assurance testing to verify formatting, links, personalization, dynamic content, accessibility, and rendering across devices and email clients.
• Diagnose and resolve HTML, CSS, and email rendering issues to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and internal business teams to transform campaign concepts into polished digital experiences.
• Coordinate multiple email and event marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance, apply email marketing best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting email marketing, digital campaign production, or marketing operations.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS with demonstrated experience creating responsive email templates.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as event management systems such as Cvent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
