Tatum by Randstad is working with a company in the manufacturing industry that is in need of an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to come in on an interim basis with Contract to Hire potential. The company is on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office and 1day remote) and looking for the interim Accounts Payable Manager to take on the following duties:
Responsibilities
- :Be hands on with full cycle accounts payable duties (three way matching and coding); processing weekly invoices for payment; and handling vender management inquiries
- .The Accounts Payable Manager would need to have prior experience with three way matching and working with Purchase Orders
- .The consultant would also be responsible for assisting with Cash Management duties (posting and reconciling cash)
- .The interim Accounts Payable Manager would also be responsible for assisting with post implementation project work. The company recently implemented a new ERP system and the A/P Manager would be assisting with cleaning up historical data

Qualification
- s:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus, or equivalent work experience is require
- d.5 years of 3 way matching on Purchase Orders is require
- d.7 years of hands on Accounts Payable experience is require
- d.Prior experience handling accounts payable in the manufacturing or construction industry is desire
- d.Intermediate or advanced excel skills and prior experience working on a large ERP system like Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, or Great Plains is require
