Accounting Manager - $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonus
Outstanding opportunity to join a growing privately held company headquartered near Ephrata, Lancaster County.
This position is open based on the recent promotion of the incumbent (who joined the company out of public accounting over 10 years ago). This position will manage a team of 3 accounting support professionals (a solid and tenured staff).
This is a GREAT opportunity for a Senior Accountant looking to transition to an Accounting Manager level role.
This “hands on” Accounting Manager role will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including managing the close process, financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, inventory accounting and financial systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years accounting / finance experience preferred. Candidates with current / previous experience in public accounting are preferred. Candidates must have strong GAAP accounting experience and strong financial systems experience.
