I am presently conducting a search for a PE-Backed Medical Device Manufacturer for a Director, Marketing. Organization has a great reputation, progressive and professional leadership, and friendly working environment.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring successful product commercialization within the medical device industry. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry expertise to collaborate effectively with R&D, sales, clinical, and regulatory teams.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relative industry experience, a track-record of managing / growing revenue and building a high performance organization, be able to effectively work well with key stakeholders (both internal and external), and possess top notch verbal and written communication skills. Other desired skills include:
- Deep expertise in product commercialization, market access, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including executive leadership and clinicians.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
