The ideal candidate will excel at managing financial transactions, maintaining compliance, and collaborating effectively with teams.Responsibilities:• Process and record invoices, payments, and expense vouchers accurately and efficiently.• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including data entry and verifying financial transactions.• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts, addressing any discrepancies promptly.• Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as required.• Organize and maintain financial documents and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and related documentation.• Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing and payment matters.• Collaborate with internal teams to address financial issues and contribute to process improvements.• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable financial regulations.• Proficiency in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.• Solid knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliation practices.• Effective communication skills to handle vendor and client inquiries.• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve financial issues.• Familiarity with payroll verification and timesheet management.• Understanding of regulatory compliance and company policy adherence.
