Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times
- Assist customers with product selections, financing, and order processing
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and follow cash-handling procedures
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive and solutions-driven approach
- Support store operational functions including opening/closing and daily checklists
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention programs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays
- Able to lift/pull up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation
